For all online bookings, we will require online payments in order to secure your booking. If you prefer another payment method, guests can also make bank transfer directly to our bank account in Japan.

The cancelation policies can differ and depend on the website you used to make your reservation. Please refer to the booking confirmation email sent to you and you shall find the cancelation policy on there. If you have booked directly with us via our hotel official website, you can contact us at zeniyacho@kyotomachiyas.com to confirm the cancelation policy related to your booking.
